What is the Pomodoro Technique?

Developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, the Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that breaks work into 25-minute focused sessions, separated by short breaks.

After every 4 sessions (pomodoros), take a longer break of 15–20 minutes. This rhythm helps maintain mental sharpness, reduce burnout and improve consistency.
